The naked truth

“In order to swim one takes off all one’s clothes—in order to aspire to the truth one must undress in a far more inward sense, divest oneself of all one’s inward clothes, of thoughts, conceptions, selfishness etc. before one is sufficiently naked.”

– Søren Kierkegaard

Or, as Shakira says .. “underneath your clothes there’s a different story…, underneath your clothes there’s an endless story…”

    In the end all of everything seems to boil down to the same philosophy – to be YOU in the primal form; devoid of all “-isms”…

    Shakira next to Kierkegaard is like a tequila shot next to fine vintage wine

    Tequila and fine vintage wine, both sound good to me 😉
    BTW, to swim, you don’t really have to strip down. However, I do like the rest of Kierkegaard quote.

      @unawoken
      by the transitive nature of the “dont like” statement, does that imply you don’t like tequila :p :p

      @lakshmi
      You don’t “have to”, but I’m sure its more fun that way 😉
